How to book an event?

Fill out the form that you can find on our home page. Once you have submitted the form we will reach out to you within 24 hrs. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.


How early do I need to book?

We ask that you give us at least 2-3 weeks before your event. This ensures that we have enough time to order products that are needed to make your event extra magical! We will try to accommodate any last minute orders as best as possible but may have to substitute colors.


How long do balloons last?

Balloons can last a long time depending on where they're located. If they are indoors they can last up to several weeks and in some cases months if kept at room temperature and away from lights, air vents, sunny windows, etc.

Outdoor balloons cannot be guaranteed to last a certain amount of time, as it all depends on the weather. Balloons are not a fan of the heat and direct sun and will expand causing them to pop.


Tips for outdoor balloons:

  • We recommend using light color balloons
  • Have balloons set up in a shaded area

Delivery or Pick up

We do allow pick up on our grab-n-go garlands. Custom orders will be delivered and installed by Balloon Babes of SLC. We do charge a delivery and set up fee with order.

To make our displays and garlands, we use high quality biodegradable latex balloons.
